WA BEER WEEK 2016

Welcome to the registration portal. 

Step 1.  Click on EVENTS (above) to register and pay for for your events.  The information collected at this stage is for internal use only.  You will have to set up a user name and password. 

Step 2.  Once you you have paid your registration fee to WA Beer Week you can register your event with Ticketbooth.  Ticketbooth is a third party, centralised ticketing system.  Ticketbooth will provide event organisers and WA Beer Week with live ticket sale information and valuable metrics.  This year Ticketbooth will hold all ticket sale funds collected on behalf of WA Beer Week events and pay out event holders directly after the event takes place

After you have paid your membership fees; 

Return Event Holders

If you were part of the WA Beer Week last year than your login details will remain the same for Ticketbooth.  Please visit https://admin.wabeerweek.com to retrieve your login details.

Return event holders must download and complete the Ticketbooth Account Registration Form and return it to Ticketbooth so that your merchant account can be set up and your settlement can be completed after your event takes place.  Settlement of your account will be delayed if you do not complete the form and return it to support@ticketbooth.com.au.

New Event Holders

After completing your registration payment you will need to complete a Ticketbooth Account Registration Form and return it to support@ticketbooth.com.au.  Ticketbooth will set up your account with your nominated username and password and create a merchant account so that your final settlement can made into your nominated bank account.

Ticketbooth will send you a welcome email when your account has been set up.  Please allow 24 hours for Ticketbooth to create your account.
